These Terms of Use apply to your use of Dealbreaker. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. What Dealbreaker does

Dealbreaker helps users answer compatibility questions, build a personal profile and compare compatibility with other users. Results are intended as guidance only and should not be treated as guarantees about any person, relationship or outcome.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.

3. Respectful use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other users.
• Upload offensive, misleading or unlawful content.
• Misuse other users' information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or compromise the app.
• Use Dealbreaker for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. Compatibility results

Compatibility scores, profile scores and confidence scores are generated from answers provided by users. They are not professional advice and should be used as a starting point for conversation and reflection.

5. Discoverable profiles and match requests

Your profile is private unless you choose to make it discoverable. If you make it discoverable, other users may be able to find limited profile information and send match requests.

6. Photos and moderation

We may moderate profile photos and content to help keep the app safe. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these terms.

7. Premium features

Premium features, subscriptions and paid functionality may be introduced later. Any paid terms will be provided before purchase.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Dealbreaker reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or remove features as the app develops.

9. Account deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention or operational reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

Dealbreaker is provided as a digital compatibility and reflection tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for relationship decisions, interactions between users or outcomes based on app results.
